I will focus my attention on one of the aspects of these rich sand oceans: the economic life of their oases and, more specifically, their agriculture, in an arid area of ​​Mauritania, El Adrar. The Adrar is a vast ecological entity where the oasis system predominates. Of course, there is practically no arable land, although dates, legumes and fruits are produced.
